This notice explains how we handle personal data when you visit cloudschema.online or submit an inquiry. It is framed for Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). This site is published in English.
What we collect
- Inquiry form: name, email, optional phone, topic selection, and message text you submit voluntarily.
- Technical data: standard web server logs may be maintained by your hosting provider (not described here as analytics). This site does not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking scripts.
- Cookie choice: a preference stored locally in your browser (see our Cookie notice).

Where inquiry data goes
When you submit the contact form, your browser sends a JSON request to https://cloudschema.online/api/inquiry on the same domain. Our server-side handler receives the payload solely to read and respond to your message. Data is not used for profiling or marketing lists without separate consent.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept only as long as needed to respond and maintain ordinary business records, then deleted or anonymised unless a longer period is required by law or an ongoing engagement.
Your PDPA rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object to certain processing where applicable. International transfers
If you contact us from outside Thailand, data may be processed on systems located in Thailand. We apply reasonable safeguards consistent with PDPA requirements.

We use proportionate technical and organisational measures for inquiry handling. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
