Refund, cancellation, and rescheduling terms for paid consultations and financial-management plans from Cloud Schema Financial Planning.

Applies to
Paid individual financial-planning consultations and preparation of tailored financial-management plans offered by Cloud Schema Financial Planning Co., Ltd. (Tax ID: 0105853119995). Free informational inquiries through the website are not charges.
Cancellation by you
- Consultation appointments: Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the scheduled start (Thailand time) for a full fee credit or reschedule without penalty. Later cancellations may forfeit up to 50% of the consultation fee to cover reserved time.
- Written plan engagements: If you cancel after work has started, fees for hours already spent are non-refundable; any unused prepaid balance for undelivered sections is refunded within 14 business days.
Cancellation by us
If we must cancel, you may choose a full refund or a new appointment at no extra charge.
Refund method
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method where possible, otherwise by bank transfer in THB within 14 business days of approval.
Non-refundable items
Third-party fees (platform charges, government filings, or external product costs) passed through at cost are non-refundable once incurred. Delivered written plan sections cannot be “un-delivered”; refunds apply only to undelivered portions.
No-shows
Missing a confirmed session without notice is treated as a late cancellation and may be charged in full.
How to request
Email info@cloudschema.online or call +66-76-341-625 with your name, appointment or invoice reference, and reason for the request. We will confirm eligibility in writing.
Consumer rights
Nothing here limits mandatory rights under Thai consumer protection law where they apply.
